30-day returns

You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

• Email support@example.com with your order number.
• We reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
• Ship the item back using a tracked service.
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days of inspection.

Damaged or wrong items

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We replace or refund damaged and incorrect items at no cost, including return shipping.

Non-returnable items

• Personal care and hygiene products once opened
• Gift cards
• Items marked final sale

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
